As a solution to reports of incompatibility between certain ATA PC Cards (Compact Flash w/ type II adapter) and MC10000 System Update Version 2.20, this supplementary update has been prepared. If you have updated your machine to System Update Version 2.20 and have experienced this issue, please take advantage of the update below.
Notes:
The update process will reformat your Memory Craft 9500. Before proceeding with the update, please save your designs to an ATA PC Card or to your computer's hard drive. Save your stitch combinations to an ATA PC Card.
- Please review the following before downloading:
- Click on the link below to download the update file.
- If your browser prompts you for a path, navigate to
your desktop and click on OK.
- When the download is complete, minimize your browser
and look for this icon on your desktop.
- Double click on the file you just downloaded in order to
install the update to your computer.
- Follow the instructions in the Update Help file to install
the update.
